Shane Herzner is a Cincinnati native and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a concentration in Communications. He furthered his studies and graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2001. After law school, he did civil practice before the desire to litigate cases drove him in a different direction. Shane left the civil practice in 2005 and worked as an Hamilton County Assistant Prosecutor until 2008. In search of a greater challenge, he began practicing criminal defense in 2009 and worked for 2 law firms in the Cincinnati area before opening his own practice in 2013.
